I'd love to know how to take a decent photo, but I really think that it's beyond my 4 year old camera's capabilities! I took my CPH outisde to try and get a better 'real-life' colour shot, but stupidly took the picture in half shadow.. ah well - it's a good shot to show how far I've gotten. I accidently knit the body 2 inches too long while I was watching season 3 of 24 on DVD - I'm not sure I like cropped cardy's so I decided to keep it long, and figured that if I really hate it's length, I'll frog from the bottom.. I also stupidly made one cable (right in the middle of the back!) a 12 row repeat instead of a 10 row repeat - it's not that noticable unless I point it out, but it's frustrating to know it's there.
I also listed 3 items at the store the other day, 2 of which sold, and one which sat for a couple of days. I decided to keep the one that sat, for myself.. well for Max really. I would have kept it before listing it because it was definitely my favourite, but being only a medium, I was reluctant. I shouldn't have been though, because it's a good snug fit, even over a night nappy. Mediums really are a one size fits all, which is why I tend to do them 80% of the time. This soaker was knit with the DK BFL I dyed at the Guilds dyeing day last month. I'm loving the twisted fairisle cable - it stretches beautifully over the hips giving it a really interesting look.
This is how I tend to find Max a lot of the time, which is a bit disturbing when I know he's prone to convulsions.. but all he is doing is getting down to the level of his Hot Wheels cars!

It is good to keep some of the good stuff for yourself. :)
Sam - what a score ;) Great soaker - it was my favourite. Wow you do knit fast during 24.
Love the cardy *and* the soaker :). Was all set to do some of my cph last night but got stuck experimenting with fingerweight cashmere instead :P. Am going to try to get stuck right into it on the weekend!
Your CPH is looking great! That wool and colour really suits it, the cables really stand out. I looked hard for your wrong one but I couldn't tell ;-)
The CPH is looking sensational! So envious of your knitting drive! Can you pass me over some of that motivation - great stuff :)
Loved all the things from your last stocking sam, the natural dyes look beautiful.
