I feel like there should be more to show, but I can't remember if there is, and what they might be! The Monkeys were meant to be my March Socks for SAM5, but I couldn't embarrass myself quite so publicly, so I cast on another pair straight away. These were knit on the fly from a pattern in my own head. My dear friend Jack charted the cable pattern on some free (very clever) software, after I tried explaining it to her. I must admit that I was surprised at how well they came out in the end, considering that the Patonyle I used was a horrid cacky lavendar-grey colour, and the pattern came out of my own heavily befuddled head. I would love to be clever enough to share it, but I'm not, so unfortunately there will not be a pattern forthcoming - sorry!
This bag was made for a swap I participated in on Woolaholics. It was hard to let go of in the end, considering how fabulous it turned out. The pattern was from here, and the yarn is Lambs Pride Worsted in 'Brite Blue' and Cleckheaton Vintage Hues.Lastly, here is my darling Husband modelling the Jacques Cousteau Hat. It's actually for my Dad for his birthday which was a couple of days ago. I love the yarn which is sadly no longer produced. The picture looks like it's been taken in shadow, but it's the actual yarn that produces the light/dark effect - tres cool.

I love the hat, I have just finished knitting it for my dad too.
Wow - so many FOs. The socks are really lovely & the pattern is great. Love the bag too - gorgeous colors.
Nice work Sam. I reckon between the two of us we could write up the sock pattern.
That bag is amazing! I love the hat and the socks too :).
