Most knitters have a stash, and generally that stash has a home. In the case of some people, the stash spreads and grows and eventually has perhaps several homes, but nonetheless, there is a resting place for it.
I noticed the other day that I had developed a large basket of 'transient' stash. Yarn that had arrived home, had been unpacked and petted but had not yet been put away into the designated stash cupboard.
I don't think my stash is too out of control yet, but I must remember to visit with it every now and again to remember what is in it, and rediscover what might have been relegated to the bottom of the pile.
RESOLVE: Shop the stash before hitting the 'buy now' button!

How dare you discuss my stash issues in public! I don't have a problem, I don't have a problem, I don't have a problem....
I like having a little stahs clearout every now and then. Always find something I've forgotten about

All my stash has a pattern connected to it. I have even started to photo copy the pictures, so I can keep track.Helps me keep track of the new yarn that follows me home;)

All knitters must have a stash - it's part of knitting. I love shopping in my stash !
