Happy Birthday to ME!

How wonderful are my children? They were entrusted with $10 each with which to buy me a birthday present and this is what they came up with. Amber bought me a cushion cover because she knows I like sewing, and an easter egg because she knows I like chocolate. She was also kind enough to give me her pocket money! Patrick knows me well too and bought me some yarn. There are 2 balls of Panda magnum new soft 8 ply (100% acrylic) and some Homemaker everyday 8 ply acrylic and a 3.75mm pair of straights. The magnum is really nice and slinky soft. I suggested to Max that the mug would be a lovely idea for my birthday a couple of weeks ago when we were shopping at Spotlight. They were so excited with their gift giving and the independance they had in chosing their gifts. I feel very lucky and loved.And in the interests of full disclosure, this is me (in my jarmies) on the morn of my 39th birthday. ouch.
