thieves!

We surprisingly exceeded our download limit last month, and it was only this that alerted us to the fact that several people were helping us. Our own folly for having an insecure wireless connection, and I can totally understand neighbours perhaps inadvertently picking up our wireless signal, but one bandwidth thief in particular was parking across the road and using our signal! grrrr! Needless to say we're now secured. It certainly curtailed my net time for the past couple of weeks though.Less net time = more knitting time? I'm not sure this equation works, as I spend most of my knitting time in front of the computer. I did managed to knock off my Laminaria shawl though which I'm very proud of, and enjoyed knitting very much. Knit on 3mm needles in Knittery Slim Sock in "Rainforest", which is probably a 3 ply weight. 130g worth, and I only cracked open the second skein a few rows from the end!I'm keen to cast on some more lace soon, but I'm not so sure it needs to be another shawl.. I mean really what am I going to do with them all?!

Oh that is seriously gorgeous! A work of art! I'm just not sure you're quite old enough to be wearing all these shawls ;).

There are lots of lovely lace blankets and table runners etc one can knit, surely!

The color is beautiful, but my birthday's already gone, Jack. hehe.

They would make fantastic presents, but perhaps it would be better to hang them on the wall Ü

It's such art!
